Make a difference volunteering in Israel!
Yes! For travelers from around the world, we are a uniquely quaint hostel and launching pad for personal and spiritual exploration… but that’s not all!
Ascent also offers volunteering opportunities!
Volunteers have the opportunity engage in community development while participating in Ascent’s daily classes, workshops and activities.
Volunteer activities include helping:
- Soup Kitchens
- Elderly Centers
- Care for the land of Israel
- Tzfat Forest
- Agriculture
- Animal Farms
- Care for the Hostel
Participants in our volunteer program can enjoy daily classes in mysticism, Jewish meditation, and participate in our various ongoing activates such as: art workshops, bonfires, hikes, and live music.
Ages: 18 and up
Volunteers are offered dorm-room accommodations without meals midweek for only 30 nis per night.
If a volunteer would like to also enjoy a weekend retreat, they can do so for a rate of 300 nis for full accommodation and meals.
